The Annual BEAULIEU FC Tournament
Venue: Darby Green Playing Fields, Darby Green Road , Darby Green, Surrey, GU17 ONY Saturday June 28th & Sunday June 29th 2008
Dear Team Manager or Club secretary We would like to invite you to our acclaimed annual Tournament to be held on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th June 08. There will be some side stalls and a range of refreshments available, including BBQ, hot and cold drinks etc. Under 7 & 8's according to FA law, will play non-competitive matches. All teams competing in their age group will play each other, with one overall winner and all children competing receiving a medal. U7 through to U8 inclusive will be 7-a-side, U9 – U16's will be 6-a-side & Men's will be 5-a-side. Girls U12 will be 6-a-side. All teams may take 2 subs. The competition will be officiated by fully qualified referees. The arrangements are detailed below:- |

Entry Fee £30.00 per team
Should you wish to accept this invitation to enter a team(s), maximum of two teams in each age group, please complete the attached form and return it to me at the address below no later than 30th April 2008.
Please note that you can confirm interest by email or telephone but this must be backed by a cheque arriving at the address below within 7 days.
Confirmation of entry will be forwarded to you nearer the tournament date.
